The client is an American Fortune Global 500 and Fortune 500 company whose subsidiaries provide insurance, investment management, other financial products and services to both retail and institutional customers throughout the United States and in over 40 other countries, total assets amounting to approximately 1.5 trillion U.S. dollars in 2019.

Challenge

The client was urgent looking for a quick solution for their growing business in APAC managing new Insurance Products launch initiation process since various kind of products in different regions are required to go through different business units for approval. The client expected to streamline the process among the regional business units and headquarter across time zones, eliminate paper process and email approval, monitor the efficiency of the launched product life cycle and retirement through organizational alignment and digitization.

Solution

We proposed to customize the client’s ServiceNow platform for this urgent business need. Our consultants reviewed the current operating model and did a gap analysis, developed new target operating model and system customization requirements.

Development Team conducted system customization, adopted the business compliance reports, integrated ServiceNow with the client’s internal admin system and email server, supported the SIT / UAT activities and the change management of the business processes.

ServiceNow customization project was completed in 6 months and released to 15 offices in Asia in 2015. We also provide the on-going system maintenance services for this client.
